Terms and Conditions- For all giveaways hosted by Dana “DragynAlly” Howze and The Dragyn’s Lair (www.dragynally.com). By entering any giveaway Dana “DragynAlly” Howze and The Dragyn’s Lair (www.dragynally.com) host you are automatically bound by these terms and conditions.
- Many may enter. Number of winners will be specified in the individual giveaways. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received and number of prizes offered.
- Must be 18 or over to participate.
- Open to United States and District of Columbia residents only unless specified otherwise.
- Winners will be chosen within 7 days of event ending unless by unforeseeable incident such as, but not limited to, family emergency, power outage, giveaway widget used isn’t working, etc.
- Winner will be notified by receiving an email from thedragynslair@gmail.com. It is the responsibility of the winner to make sure email is seen and not sent to spam folder, deleted, bounced back, etc.
- Winner has 24 hours from time winner notification email is sent in which to claim their prize. If the winner does not come forward in the allotted time a new winner will be chosen. This will continue until a winner finally comes forward or for 30 days from the giveaway’s end whichever comes first.
- Winner must provide Dana”DragynAlly” Howze with full name, address, email and phone number unless otherwise specified. If giveaway is sponsored by a person or company other than The Dragyn’s Lair (www.dragynally.com) or Dana “DragynAlly” Howze the sponsor will also have this information.
- The information you provide will only be used for communications related to this promotion and not for other future offers from Dana “DragynAlly” Howze relating to the various products that she sells or endorses.
- It is not the responsibility of Dana “DragynAlly” Howze to make this giveaway easy. If the browser is not compatible or the widgets used for comments does not work or other unforeseen internet related issue there is nothing that can be done.
- Disqualifications bar the giveaway participant from winning any prize offered by the giveaway.
- All mandatory entries MUST be completed for entry into a giveaway to be valid. Any bonus entries must be valid if they are the entry used to determine the winner. For example if bonus entry is follow @dragynally on Twitter and that is the entry chosen participant will be disqualified if they are not in fact following via twitter. This is one example but there are many ways to enter via invalid method. Consider this when entering the giveaway.
- If one of the mandatory entries is to leave a comment the comment must be on the specified blog post to count. Private messages or emails to Dana "DragynAlly" Howze will not count, comments on posts other than the one specified will not count, Facebook or twitter comments do not count, etc. Only comments on the specified posts will count. Comment must be in response to the question or statement posed in the giveaway. Irrelevant comments associated with giveaway entry will be disqualified.
- If one of the extra or bonus entries is to "comment on another post" the comment MUST reflect the blog post that it is on. - This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Google. You are providing your information to Dana “DragynAlly” Howze and/or the giveaway sponsor and not to Facebook, Twitter or Google.
- Dana “DragynAlly” Howze has the right to change or delete this giveaway at any point for any reason.
- Dana “DragynAlly” Howze is not responsible for prize fulfillment unless The Dragyn’s Lair (www.dragynally.com) is the sponsor. Dana "DragynAlly" Howze and The Dragyn's Lair are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, misplaced by the mail, etc prizes. Every effort will be made to make sure prize is received.
- Dana “DragynAlly” Howze reserves the right to edit these terms and conditions at any time. It is up to the person entering the giveaway to read all of the terms and conditions. Not following the terms and conditions or rules are grounds for immediate disqualification from the giveaway.
- Entering any giveaway is completely optional. Those who choose to will have the opportunity to win.
