For this Wine Wednesday I'm going back to one of my classic faves. A go to I always love. Rosa Regale is probably my favorite wine of all time! It is sweet but not too sweet. Refreshing, bubbly, but still has a has a bite of a red wine. I like to think of it a Champagnes cute little sister.
I love Rosa Regale so much that it may be my fault that other friends like it. I bought a round for some friends when I was at Disney. Cheers to good times!
If you go to buy Rosa Regale it ranges from $17-$21 a bottle depending on what state you live in. It's almost ever present at Walt Disney World. In fact there is a part of me that wonders why it hasn't been declared the official Disney wine.
If you're up for some tasty adventure I once turned Rosa Regale into jello. And trust me it was GOOD! It was also a fun way to enjoy wine.
If you're looking for a wine to celebrate a special occasion I can think of no better. Rosa Regale screams of good times. I hope you get a chance to try it!
