Jillie Beanie Designs is the store of my friend Jillian. She makes handmade scrapbook items, bottle cap magnets, cards and jewelry. I was a particular fan of the jewelry but everything in Jillian's shop is beyond cute. What's nice is that Jillian's shop helps you give a personal handmade gift to the person you love.

She sent over one of her fabulous glasses/ID holders. I bet she didn't realize I totally needed one for the event I'm headed to this weekend! But it is perfect. It has all the fashion of some of the best jewelry in my wardrobe but is way more functional.

If you have a blogger or a convention nut in your life something like this will mean a lot. Or if you know someone who works in an office that needs to keep their ID handy this is so cute to dress up the every day. How about the Disney fan in your life? They can use it to hold their Disney hotel key card while in the parks. It really is perfect!

I love the beautiful beading and details. My favorite part is that Jillian took the time to make the necklace perfectly symmetrical. I am a bit crazy about such things. And I know how much time it takes to make sure things are balanced.
