So let's talk about serendipity. Back in 2010 I went to London for the first time ever! My friend introduced me to Lush Cosmetics and I simply fell in love with their stuff. This past year I found out a Lush store had opened in one of my favorite malls. Yay me! Then the wheels in my little Dragyn brain stated turning... I love Lush, I bet the Guys and Dolls love Lush too! So I asked them to be part of my gift guide and here we are! And with that said...

I love this gift box! Love it. It has everything in it to make you feel lush (pun)! It is the perfect sample pack for someone who has never tried Lush products before OR it will have everything a Lush fan needs to feel the happy. In the gift box is Willow Pattern soap, Sex Bomb bath bomb, From Dusk til Down massage bar, Charity Pot lotion, A French Kiss bubble bath, and Soft Coeur massage bar. In other words it's a few fun date nights in a box!

First off I tried the Sex Bomb bath bomb. When I first opened the gift box it was the first thing I smelled. I have to be honest with you, guys and dolls, it irritated my nose and I was scared it would be too harsh. But when I dropped it in the bath (check out the vid below) the smell dispersed and became very pleasant. It was such a lovely floral scent that didn't overwhelm my nose at all. Bonus the sent lingered on my skin long after bath time. It was also amazingly gentle and left my skin feeling soft and wonderful.

Next up was the Willow Pattern soap. This has a light scent that smells really clean (which is good for soap). I have to give Lush major credit with this one. I've only used one brand of soap for most of my life due to sensetive skin. But the Willow Pattern soap was remarkably gentle and nourishing to my skin. Normally I walk out of a hot shower with dry skin but my skin felt very smooth.

After my shower I tried the Charity Pot lotion (on a personal note I love companies that reach out to the world and when you buy Charity pot part of the proceeds goes to grass roots charities around the world). So I am pretty much in love with this lotion! It is rich and creamy. I wasn't 100% in love with the smell mainly because it didn't smell like the floral scents I am used to but it was still very nice and light. The lotion felt particularly good on my hands that are always dry.

The French Kiss Bubble bath was up next. I love a bubble bath but don't get to take them often. Yay for excuses to pamper! This smelled like rosemary and thyme and lavender. I didn't know whether to bathe with it or cook with it! All joking aside the scent combination smelled like relaxation. I almost didn't want to leave the bath tub. Ever! The formula Lush used for the French Kiss bubble bath was perfect. It created an entire tub full of bubbles but it didn't have that drying detergent feel a lot of bubble baths do.

After my second Lush related bath I tried the Soft Coeur and From Dusk til Dawn massage bars. Similar benefits but two way differing scents. The Soft Coeur has a chocolate (white chocolate to me) scent about it. It smells like it would be best for a long relaxing end of the day massage with your lover. The cocoa and honey melt all over and just feel relaxing and sweet.

The From Dusk til Dawn massage bar smelled like lemons! I love citrus scents. They are probably my favorite. This massage bar smelled like the start of something. Like you would use this to massage you lover and wake them up for fun times. The smell is light and bright and makes me wish that a morning massage was a normal routine.
